  Beside restoration and recreation, in our ranch you can live intense moments of relax in the nature: you can have long walks in the woods or fish in our lake, or you can try the true peasant life looking after the swins of Cinta Senese or visiting our vineyard.

The Swines of Cinta Sense

  Beside the many activities of our ranch, one of the most important is the breeding of a particular race of swines of Cinta Senese. This historical animal has been handed on from amatori and selected in subjects for reproduction in order to maintain alive this race in via of extinction; in our estate this race lives in its natural habitat.
Our swine breeding from Cinta Senese, protected race on the verge of extinction, has begun in 2001 with the acquisition of four female swines and a male, carefully selected.
  Today our production counts 200 individuals where 20 are selected for reproduction.
   The Protection Consortium of Cinta Senese, of which we are partners, is the entity which is making the selection and registration in the register book of the swines ,catalogating them in such a way that we can trace the origin of every single animal.
This control method allows us to raise pure subjects.

Vineyard

  We have started this activity for some years now and at this time we have the cultivation of the vineyard spread on over seven hectares. The climate and the terrain in this particular area of tuscany is very encouraging for the aging of the wine grapes, enriching them with those needed elements and fragrances that make a wine of great structure.
   Our species of wine like Sangionese, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon are grown in the traditional way like Guyot and "cordone speronato" with a low load of gems on a hectare.
  We pay very much attention at the methods of working the grapes and this offers us the possibility to realise exquisite wines with the mark of DOC (Denominazione di Origine Controllata) of Val di Cornia.
